You have 30 days from receiving your parcel to return for a refund

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, this will not be refunded back to you.

The trainers/clothing needs to be returned in its original condition. This must include the original shoebox (Do not tape up the box!) and tags for trainers and original tags for clothing. Failure to do this, we hold the right to refuse a refund.

We suggest you send the parcel in a strong mailbox box or a strong mail bag. Try using a secure tracking service with a proof of postage. We can’t be held liable if your parcel goes missing.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
